1-2-1 online coaching

Personal, Tailored and fine tuned.

Within my 1-2-1 coaching I like to build a relationship with with a select few clients where we work together to get them to their personal goals. You will receive a tailored training program and bespoke nutritional targets designed specially for attaining your fitness goals.

During our time together I hope to educate you through check in calls and answering any immediate questions you may have through the FitR chat function.

All Round Athlete

Wanting to find out where you can take your body's capabilities and improve your ability in all areas? This is the program for you. The All Round Athlete program is designed to develop all areas of your fitness.

Busy Athlete

Wanting to gain in strength and test your fitness level but don't have 1.5 - 2 hours to spend in the gym every day?

The Busy Athlete program is designed around 1 main stand alone compound movement each day + 1/2 compound supersets + a fun and engaging workout to finish off with (All done within 60 minutes).

Minimal Kit, Prime Condition

This program has been designed to build all round strength and conditioning using only Dumbbells, Kettlebells and a piece of Cardio Kit (Row/Ski/Bike) as well as occasional running and bodyweight movements.

You will have 3 predominantly strength based days + 2 conditioning focussed days

8 Week RunOut

This is the running program I have personally followed over and over every time I've wanted to boost my running ability.

Over an 8 week period we will run through a mix of interval sessions (teaching your body to run at faster paces) and longer runs where we'll go with the flow and rhythm of your breathing (building our run endurance). We will be specifically looking to hit a HUGE 5km PB.

Hyrox Mania

It's no surprise that Hyrox is rapidly becoming one of the most enjoyed events on the fitness calendar. Highly inclusive, extremely well organised and a whole lot of fun.

Having won the event during my two outings I thought I'd share the program I followed to get me feeling fully race ready. Over a 12 week period we will develop our running ability, seriously build our work capacity and endurance and get familiar with the toughest sections of the race with sport specific workouts so you're as prepared as possible for the bid day.
