JCC Minimal Kit Prime Condition

This program has been designed to build all round strength and conditioning using only Dumbbells, Kettlebells and a piece of Cardio Kit (Row/Ski/Bike) as well as occasional running and bodyweight movements.

You will have 3 predominantly strength based days + 2 conditioning focussed days (One of which will give you a chance to post your score to see how you get on within the group, nothing like a bit of friendly competition to find that extra 10%).

This Program is seriously great for building lean muscle, creating an athletic physique and have you feeling fiiiiiit.

The major plus of utilising just Dumbbells and Kettlebells for the resistance exercises is that you do not need a high skill level to start this program. However do NOT be lured into thinking it is an easier option, whatever your level this program has been designed to enable you to push to the limits and force your body to adapt.

What the program includes:

  • Warm Up - Mobility and prep work to compliment the session ahead

  • Strength Development

  • Functional Bodybuilding

  • Varying metabolic conditioning work (to build that rock solid capacity)

  • Accessory work (to iron out any imbalances and compliment the main strength work of the day)

  • Active recovery (Mobility flows and steady state zone 2 work)

  • Video demonstrations (allowing movements to be performed correctly and safely)

  • Ability to track your performance, add comments, attach videos and give feedback


Requirements:

  • Access to a variety of dumbbells & kettlebells

  • Conditioning Kit (Row/Ski/Bike/Treadmill. Only 1 is required, but having access to all is optimal)
