JCC Busy Athlete

Wanting to gain in strength and test your fitness level but don't have 1.5 - 2 hours to spend in the gym every day? This is the program for you.

The Busy Athlete program is designed around 1 main stand alone compound movement each day + 1/2 compound supersets + a fun and engaging workout to finish off with (All done within 60 minutes). This structure will allow you to seriously improve all areas of fitness whilst keeping time efficiency in mind.

Consisting of 5-6 sessions per week (1 being optional active recovery / zone 2 work), it will ensure the main areas of your training arsenal are looked after.

What the program includes:

  • Warm Up - Mobility and prep work to compliment the session ahead

  • Strength Development

  • Functional Bodybuilding

  • Varying metabolic conditioning work (to build that rock solid capacity)

  • Accessory work (to iron out any imbalances and compliment the main strength work of the day)

  • Active recovery (Mobility flows and steady state zone 2 work)

  • Benchmarks based off your own rep maxes, to ensure the program is personalised to you as much as possible

  • Video demonstrations (allowing movements to be performed correctly and safely)

  • Ability to track your performance, add comments, attach videos and give feedback

Requirements:

  • Access to a barbell + weight plates

  • A variety of dumbbells & kettlebells

  • Conditioning Kit (Row/Ski/Bike/Treadmill. Only 1 is required, but having access to all is optimal)
